1. Introduction
     Welcome to Thai MedCare Booking LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our" or “Thai MedCare Booking”), a non-medical support service provider for individuals seeking medical treatment in Thailand. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which define the scope of our services, our legal limitations, and your responsibilities.
Important Notice
  ✅ We are NOT a medical intermediary, healthcare provider, or travel agency.
  ✅ We do NOT provide medical advice, recommendations, or healthcare-related services.
  ✅ We do NOT arrange or facilitate medical procedures, treatments, or post-operative care.
  ✅ All medical decisions, hospital selections, and travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  ✅ We assume NO legal or financial liability for any medical treatment, travel-related incidents, or outcomes.


  Eligibility
    To use our services, clients must:
    Be at least 18 years old and legally competent.
    Acknowledge that all medical and travel decisions are their sole responsibility.
    Confirm that they have adequate health and travel insurance before departure.


2. Scope of Services
     Our services are strictly non-medical and include:
  2.1 General Hospital Information
We provide general information about hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities in Thailand, including specialties and available treatments.
Customers are responsible for choosing their hospital and medical provider based on their own research.
We do NOT make recommendations regarding specific hospitals, doctors, or medical procedures.
  2.2 Travel Assistance
Customers must book their own flights, visas, and travel documents.
We provide general travel guidance, such as suggested flight routes, visa requirements, and accommodation recommendations.
Assistance is available for hotel bookings and transportation arrangements.
  2.3 Pre-Travel Support
We provide checklists and information on necessary travel preparations, including document requirements.
Customers receive basic cultural and language guidance for navigating Thailand.
We assist with airport transfers through third-party providers (customers must book and pay separately).
  2.4 On-Site Support in Thailand
Assistance for airport arrivals, currency exchange, SIM card setup, and hotel check-ins.
Information on local transportation, including taxis, private car services, and public transit.
Language support is limited to general communication; professional translators must be hired separately.
  2.5 Medical Tourism Support
Customers must book all hospital and medical treatment appointments directly.
We do NOT handle appointment scheduling, medical consultations, or treatment coordination.
No medical advice, diagnosis, or post-surgical care recommendations will be provided.
  2.6 Post-Treatment and Departure Support
Assistance for hotel check-outs, airport transfers, and departure guidance.
General guidance on maintaining medical records and contacting medical providers after returning home.
We do NOT arrange follow-up treatments, medical assessments, or continued healthcare coordination.


3. Disclaimer of Liability
  3.1 No Medical Involvement
We are NOT a healthcare provider, medical consultant, or licensed travel agency.
We do NOT offer medical advice, treatment recommendations, or surgical guidance.
All medical decisions are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  3.2 No Legal or Financial Liability
We are NOT responsible for any medical outcomes, complications, or dissatisfaction related to procedures performed by hospitals or providers.
We do NOT provide financial protection for cancellations, medical malpractice, accidents, or unexpected expenses.
We assume NO liability for changes in hospital pricing, availability, or policies.
  3.3 No Responsibility for Travel Issues
Customers must book and confirm their own flights, visas, and accommodations.
We do NOT cover missed flights, denied visas, lost luggage, or travel disruptions.
We do NOT cover any issues related to hotel or accommodation bookings.
  3.4 No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do NOT guarantee medical results, recovery periods, or service quality from external providers.
Customers are advised to perform independent research before making medical or travel decisions.


4. Customer Responsibilities
  4.1 Informed Decision-Making
Customers must conduct their own research and due diligence regarding hospitals and treatments.
Customers are responsible for understanding the risks associated with any medical procedure.
  4.2 Compliance with Local Laws
Customers must follow Thai laws regarding visas, medical procedures, and travel regulations.
We are NOT responsible for visa denials, illegal medical treatments, or violations of Thai healthcare laws.
  4.3 Payment and Third-Party Transactions
We do NOT process payments for medical procedures—customers must pay hospitals directly.
Customers must understand all costs associated with their medical treatment before proceeding.


5. Fees and Payment
  5.1 Service Fees
Our consulting services are subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated before service commencement.
Fees cover only consultation and logistical support, NOT medical, travel, accommodation, or third-party costs.
  5.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required before services are rendered.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, or other approved options.
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to deliver agreed services.
  5.3 Third-Party Costs
Customers are responsible for all medical, travel, and accommodation costs.
We do NOT handle financial transactions between customers and medical providers, travel agencies, or other third parties.


6. Privacy and Data Protection
 We do NOT collect or store sensitive medical information.
Personal data is used only for customer support and will NOT be shared with third parties without consent.
Customers must communicate directly with hospitals regarding medical records and personal health data.


7. Indemnification
     By using our services, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thai MedCare Booking, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses, including:
  ✅ Medical malpractice or unsatisfactory medical outcomes.
  ✅ Travel disruptions, visa denials, or accommodation issues.
  ✅ Financial or legal disputes with medical providers, travel agencies, or third parties.
  ✅ Personal injuries, accidents, or unexpected events during medical tourism.


8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
     These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States of America, in the state of NEVADA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Small Claims Court at Henderson Justice Court located at 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, Law Vegas, NV 89155.     Customers agree NOT to file lawsuits against Thai MedCare Booking regarding medical outcomes, travel incidents, or financial disputes.


9. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.
We may terminate services if a customer violates any of these Terms and Conditions.


10. Acknowledgment and Agreement
 By using our services, you confirm that:
  ✅ The Company provides non-medical support only.
  ✅ The choice of hospital, doctor, and medical procedure is solely your responsibility.
  ✅ The Company is not liable for medical results, travel disruptions, or unforeseen issues.
  ✅ You are responsible for ensuring that all travel and medical decisions comply with local laws.


If you do NOT agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
